A SHARED PASSION
François Adrian & Agathe Parent
It all began with François, a wine enthusiast who fell in love with an iconic terroir steeped by history: Puisseguin Saint-Emilion.
Quickly captivated by the project, Agathe joined her father-in-law, François, with the ambition of transforming this bold venture into a success story..
It all came to fruition through a love affair with a terroir and vines over 35 years old raised in the commune of Puisseguin.
The wheels were set in motion, the vines worked, and Château de Stella was going be undoubtedly be a great wine in the colors of its terroir.

A Terroir
The terroir benefits from an oceanic climate, which allows of relatively mild temperatures in winter and avoids significant droughts in summer. Add to this a clay-limestone soil enhanced by natural underground humidity and bathed by a good sunshine…
Our vineyard thus enjoys the best conditions to harvest perfect ripe grapes.
A Vineyard
Planted over 35 years ago on a 2 hectare plot, Château de Stella strives for an intimate setting to pay a particular attention to its vines and their grape clusters.
Leaf removal, de-suckering, bunch selection, soil aeration a daily task between the rows of the vineyard.
Expertise
A wine born from a collective effort…
To turn our ambition into reality, we surrounded ourselves by experts : Carine Delacroix, a wine consultant at the vineyard, and the oenologists of the Union de Producteurs de Saint-Emilion for winemaking and aging.
Each contributes their expertise to produce a subtle and balanced wine.
