AOC Puisseguin Saint-Émilion
Château de Stella, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion, is a dry red Bordeaux wine (Vin Rouge Bordeaux Puisseguin Saint-Émilion) that is considered as a “still” wine and carries the AOC designation.
We recently got the certified HVE (High Environmental Value) for the work carried out in our vineyards (preservation of biodiversity, soil, and water).
VINIFICATION AND AGING
– Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats,
– Aging in French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.
TASTING NOTES
– A brilliant, intense red color with beautiful blue hues.
– An expressive nose enhanced by the Merlot, with aromas of red fruits, currants, and raspberries.
– Light fragrances of sweet spices, pepper, and licorice, along with delicious vanilla aromas, reveal its oak barrel aging.
– On the palate, a straightforward attack with velvety yet delicate tannins gives way to a beautiful aromatic persistence for a balanced and fresh wine.
